Papaya Seed Marinade
|White wine/Tarragon vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion/1 teaspoon instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Papaya seeds||2 Tablespoon (fresh)|
1. In an electric blender container place vinegar, sugar, seasoned salt, and dry mustard, turn on motor and gradually add oil and onion.
2. Add papaya seeds and blend only until they are the size of coarsely ground pepper.
3. Transfer to a firm lidded container and use as required.
