Papaya Seed Marinade

Ingredients
  White wine/Tarragon vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant minced onion/1 teaspoon instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Papaya seeds 2 Tablespoon (fresh)
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender container place vinegar, sugar, seasoned salt, and dry mustard, turn on motor and gradually add oil and onion.
2. Add papaya seeds and blend only until they are the size of coarsely ground pepper.

SERVING
3. Transfer to a firm lidded container and use as required.
