Broiled Salmon With Fruits

Ingredients
  Grapefruit 1
  Oranges 2
  Salmon steak 2 , 1 inch thick
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Melted special margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the grapefruit into 4 quarters.
Cut the fruit away from the skin; remove the membranes and seeds and divide in sections.
Peel the oranges, remove the membranes and seeds and separate in sections.
Arrange fruits alternately in the grapefruit skins.
Rinse and dry the salmon.
Rub with the salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Brush a baking pan with a little of the margarine; arrange the fish in it.
Sprinkle with some melted margarine.
Broil in a hot broiler about 3 inches from the heat 15 minutes.
Carefully turn fish; brush with the remaining margarine.
Arrange grapefruit quarters around fish and broil 10 minutes.
