|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tangerines/Oranges||2 , cut into segments|
|Peaches||2 , stoned and sliced|
|Strawberries/Raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched and chopped|
1) In a saucepan, heat orange juice, water, sugar and cinnamon until syrup is formed.
2) Let it cool for some time.
3) In a bowl, combine the fruits and syrup. Chill for 1 hour.
4) Serve in sherbet cups, sprinkle nuts on the top.
