Ingredients
  Red lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs), torn
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tangerine sections 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Tart apple 1 , diced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh minced tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Dried mint 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Toss the lettuce with the oil until well coated.
2. Add the tangerines, grapes, and apples.

SERVING
3. In a serving platter, arrange the salad.
4. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, tarragon, mint and toss well.
5. Serve as an appetizer.
