Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, place the egg white and whip it well with a large fork
3. Add the chopped pecans to the mix and incorporate well
4. Add egg yolk to the flour and mix well. Add vanilla and salt to the mixture in the bowl again
5. Roll this mixture into 2 balls and spread the balls out over the cookie sheet and pat into shape
6. Spread the nuts and the egg white mixture over the cookie sheet and pat into shape
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till golden brown

SERVING
8. Serve warm or at room temperature
