Three Fruit Crisp
|Canned crushed pineapple in its own juice||14 Ounce (1 Can, 398 Milliliter)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned peach slices||14 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 398 Milliliter)|
|Canned mandarin orange segments||10 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 284 Milliliter)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granola cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Regular Variety)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Base: In 8-inch (2 L) square dish, combine undrained pineapple, cornstarch and brown sugar.
Micro-cook at high for 4 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring once or twice.
Gently stir in peaches and mandarin oranges.
Topping: In 4-cup (1 L) dish, micro-cook butter until melted; stir in remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Micro-cook at high for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
