Ingredients
For base:
  Canned crushed pineapple in its own juice 14 Ounce (1 Can, 398 Milliliter)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Canned peach slices 14 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 398 Milliliter)
  Canned mandarin orange segments 10 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 284 Milliliter)
For topping:
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granola cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Regular Variety)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Base: In 8-inch (2 L) square dish, combine undrained pineapple, cornstarch and brown sugar.
Micro-cook at high for 4 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring once or twice.
Gently stir in peaches and mandarin oranges.
Topping: In 4-cup (1 L) dish, micro-cook butter until melted; stir in remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Micro-cook at high for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
