Ingredients
  Puff pastry 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peach 1
  Apricot jam 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F; dampen a baking sheet
2. Roll the pastry out to into a 12"X7" reactangle adn cut away the border an inch and a half wide all around the reactangle

MAKING
3. Lift the cut rectangle off and roll the solid rectangle to its original dimensions, brushing the edges with beaten egg
4. Lift the base and place on the dampened baking sheet, placing the cut border on top and pressing edges to seal
5. Brush the top of the border with beaten egg and bake fro half an hour till golden nd puffed; cool on a wire rack
6. In a bowl, whip the cream till it begins to hold shape
7. Fill the tranche with the crea, and smoothen the top and add slices of banana and graoes, strawberry halves and peach slices decoratively on top

FINALIZING
8. In a saucepan, heat apricot jam slowly till liquid adn pass it through the sieve
9. Spoon warm sieved jam over the fruits as a glaze

SERVING
10. Serve when the glaze sets
