Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Banana 1⁄2 , peeled
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated low calorie sweetener 1⁄2 Gram (Equal To 1 Teaspoon Sugar)
  Ice cubes 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender container, mix together all the ingredients except ice cubes and process till smooth
2. Add ice cubes one by one and process until well blended; process well after each addition of ice cubes and process till smooth

SERVING
3. Serve as required
