Fresh Fruit Frappe

Ingredients
  Banana 1 , sliced
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Canned crushed pineapple in natural juice 8 Ounce (Undrained, 1 Can)
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low sodium low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 4 , crushed
Directions

MAKING
1.In the container of the blender, put in the lemon, banana and blend to smoothness.
2.Add in rest of the ingredients and blend until frothy and smooth.

SERVING
3.Take 4 chilled glasses, pour in the frappe and serve garnished with fresh mint.
