Microwave 1/2 cup butter for 45 seconds to melt.
Blend into flour, sugar and egg yolk.
Press into the bottom of 12 x 8 x 2" dish.
Microwave 5-6 minutes on HIGH.
Turn dish after 2 1/2 minutes.
Unwrap caramels and place in a dish with water.
Microwave on HIGH 2-2 1/2 minutes, stirring twice during cooking process.
Arrange apples on crust.
Drizzle with lemon juice and caramel mixture.
Make topping by combining flour and brown sugar; cut in butter.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.
Microwave on HIGH 10-12 minutes; cool.
