Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 3-Ounce Each)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned sliced peaches 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pitted dark sweet cherries 30 Ounce (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Lettuce leaves 3
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; place container over hot water, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, lemon juice, sour cream and cream cheese; beat until blended.
Stir in gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate until mixture is slightly thickened; beat until smooth.
Fold in fruits, marshmallows and whipped cream.
Pour into 2 refrigerator trays or 2 clean round No.2 or No.2 1/2 fruit cans; freeze.
Unmold and slice.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
