Orange Pineapple Mould
|Orange gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Diced orange sections||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add pineapple and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fold in oranges and marshmallows.
Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing well.
Spread over top of gelatin.
Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
