Ingredients
  Dried bread loaf 1 , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  Milk free margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk substitute 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Mcintosh apples 2 , pared and chopped to make 3 cups
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
2) Grease one 6-cup baking dish.

MAKING
3) In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
4) Bake for about 45 minutes.
