  Brown rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cooked
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Cherries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), pitted
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
