Fresh Fruit Gazpacho

|Watermelon chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs), pureed|
|Peaches||3⁄4 Pound, blanched, peeled, pitted and sliced|
|Kiwi fruit||1⁄2 Pound, pared and cut into chunks|
|Blueberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||20 Small (Green Or Red)|
|Freshly squeezed lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon, squeezed|
|Grated pared ginger root||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a medium serving bowl, put together all ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
3. Stir and serve.
