1. Halve cantaloupe and remove the peel.
2. Deseed it and slice into wedges.
3. Chop wedges into cubes.
4. Using a food processor or blender, make a smooth puree of cantaloupe cubes with other ingredients.
5. Transfer to a large jug and allow to refrigerate till served.
6. Stir, garnish with lime wedges or fresh mint and serve cold.
