Ingredients
  Gooseberries 3 Pound
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 9 1⁄4 Cup (148 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan add water and cleaned gooseberries bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
2 Add sugar and boil until set.

SERVING
3 Serve as desired.
