Orange Rice Stuffing

Ingredients
  Celery stalk with leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pre cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted, blanched, slivered
Directions

Saute celery and onion in butter or margarine until tender.
Add water, juices, grated orange rind, and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Add rice and stir to moisten.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add almonds.
Mix thoroughly.
