  Ice cubes 3
  Cran-raspberry juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat cherry yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or a food pro.
2. Churn or blend the ingredients to form a homogeneous and frothy mix.

SERVING
3. Garnish with cherries and serve immediately.
