Lime Fruit Bowl

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lime peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ripe pineapple 1 Small
  Ripe papaya 1
  Honeydew melon 1 Small
  Frozen whipped topping 4 1⁄2 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)
Directions

MAKING
1.On a double boiler, beat eggs , add in sugar, butter, lemon peel and juice and water and cook over simmering water for ten minutes till thick; stir all the while
2. Add it to a small bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator to chill till it's completely cold
3. Pare the pineapple, quafter it along the length and cut into bite sized pieces; pare papaya, halve it along the length, dessed and cube; similarly, halve and deseed melon and shape into balls with a melon cutter; add all of them to a serving bowl
4. In a bowl, whisk the cream till stiff and fold into the chilled lime mixture

SERVING
5. In dessert dishes, add fruit mixture, spoon lime mixture on top and serve
