Mixed Fruit Cream

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce
  Single cream 5 Ounce (Or Tinned)
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Canned fruit cocktail 16 Ounce, drained (1 Tin)
  Sweet sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Cherries 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a liquidizer, blend together cheese, cream and sugar.
2) Mix in fruit cocktail and sherry.
3) Take small dishes; pour the cream into it and allow chilling.

SERVING
4) Serve cold after garnishing with cherries.
