Berry Apricot Mould

Ingredients
  Canned unpeeled apricot halves 8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Lemon flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages Or One 6-Ounce Package)
  Canned apricot nectar 12 Ounce, chilled (1 1/2 Cups)
  Sliced strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Drain and chop apricots reserving the syrup.

MAKING
2) Add water to syrup to make 2 cups.
3) In a saucepan, pour syrup and let it boil.
4) Dissolve in gelatin, remove from heat, and stir in apricot nectar.
5) Chill the mixture till partially set and then fold in strawberries and chopped apricots.
6) Take ring mold, pour the mixture, and chill till firm.

SERVING
7) On serving plate, unmold, stir sour cream, mayonnaise, grated lemon peel, and serve with salad.
