|Uncooked oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cinnamon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped nuts||6 Tablespoon|
Peel, halve and pip guavas and arrange them in a shallow oven dish.
Add sugar, water, lemon juice and rind.
Place dish in a moderate oven (350° F) and heat thoroughly.
Mean- while, combine all other ingredients.
Pile them over the guavas and place the dish back in the oven for another 25 minutes.
The top should be brown and crunchy.
