Chocolate Covered Fruit

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate pieces 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mandarin orange sections 1 Can (10 oz), drained and dried (Best Quality)
  Fresh strawberries 150 Gram, washed and dried (1 Box)
Directions

Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler, add butter and vanilla, mixing well.
Melt paraffin in a glass measuring cup in a saucepan of boiling water.
Pour paraffin into chocolate mixture and mix well.
Dip fruit 3/4 of the way in hot chocolate mixture, swirling to coat evenly.
If it is more comfortable for you, spear each piece of fruit with a toothpick or cocktail pick for coating.
Place gently on wax paper and set in cool, dry place.
