Chocolate Covered Fruit
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mandarin orange sections||1 Can (10 oz), drained and dried (Best Quality)|
|Fresh strawberries||150 Gram, washed and dried (1 Box)|
Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler, add butter and vanilla, mixing well.
Melt paraffin in a glass measuring cup in a saucepan of boiling water.
Pour paraffin into chocolate mixture and mix well.
Dip fruit 3/4 of the way in hot chocolate mixture, swirling to coat evenly.
If it is more comfortable for you, spear each piece of fruit with a toothpick or cocktail pick for coating.
Place gently on wax paper and set in cool, dry place.
