Avocado Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce To Taste
  Sieved avocado 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; dissolve in 1 1/4 cup hot water.
Blend in lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt and hot sauce; chill until slightly thick- ened.
Add avocado and mayonnaise; pour into lightly oiled mold.
Chill until firm.
