  Ripe papaya 1 (Peeled)
  Unsalted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor blend all the ingredients and chill.
