|Pitted dates||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried apricots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1) In a blender, add fruit and nuts to grind.
2) Pour in lemon juice and mix well.
3) Prepare balls to roll in shredded coconut or seeds.
4) Place inside refrigerator to chill.
5) Serve the balls as snacks with any cold beverage.
