Ingredients
  Cointreau 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grapefruit sections 32 Ounce (2 Large Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  White grapes 2 Can (20 oz)
  Pear halves 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pineapple chunks 2 Can (20 oz)
  Shredded coconut 5 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Mandarin oranges 18 Ounce (3 Small Cans, 6 Ounce Each)
  Frozen strawberries 1 Pint (1 Box Or Part Of A Bag)
  Sliced peaches 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned maraschino cherries 16 Ounce (1 Large Jar)
Directions

Drain fruits well (do not use juices).
Mix half of the coconut and marinate in contreau and brandy, covered, for 24 hours.
Garnish with coconut.
Serves 40.
