Mustard Fruits

Ingredients
  Apricot 14 Ounce, halves
  Pear 14 Ounce, halves
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  White distilled vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Drain the apricots and pears.
2) Use a jar to place fruit.

BAKING
3) In saucepan, pour the drained syrup.
4) Place over high heat to boil, uncovered, until syrup is reduced to 1/2 cup (150 mL).
5) Add remaining ingredients into the saucepan.
6) Stir well and heat, pour over fruit.
7) Cover with lid and place inside refrigerator for 6 to 8 days until mellow.

SERVING
8) Serve the fruits with mustard on side, if you wish.
