Apricot Balls

Apricot balls for your mid-day snack is a great choice. Quick and easy, you will relish every bite.
Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Pound, ground
  Lemon juice/Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut 7 Ounce
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioner' s sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix the apricots, lemon juice, sugar, coconut and pecans and shape into small balls.
2) If required, add in additional juice.
3) Roll the balls in confectioners' sugar.

SERVING
4) Serve as a midday snack
