Ingredients
  Raw cane sugar/Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Fruit 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Yogurt 1 Pint (570 Milliliter)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash the fruits and prepare them. Fruits which are larger should be chopped into small pieces.
2) Add honey or sugar to taste and cook in the pan, with the lid on, till the juice start to flow.
3) Allow the mixture to completely cool and then stir into the yoghurt.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled.

TIP
In order to remove the lumps, the yoghurt can be sieved or liquidized. This is especially advisable for babies or children who might object to lumps in the preparation.
