|Avocado||1 Large, diced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced (canned)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
1. Mix the diced avocado with the 1 tablespoon lemon juice and set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, remaining lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise and salt together
3. Add in the avocado and fruits and slowly fold in whipped cream. Then pour this mixture into a refrigerator tray and freeze until firm.
4. Stand at room temperature for 15 minutes and cut into squares.
Garnish with cherries and avocado balls and serve.
