Bombemold Outstanding Bombe

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg yolks 5 , beaten
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rum 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Orange peel 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts/Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix the milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, lemon juice and rum on the top of a double boiler
2) Cook till the mixture is slightly thickened
3) Pour the mixture in the refrigerator tray and then freeze till almost firm
4) Mix the whipped cream, remaining sugar, cherries, pineapple, orange peel, lemon peel, walnuts and mix well
5) In a 2 ½ quart mould coat with the custard mixture and spoon the fruit mixture
6) Freeze again till firm

SERVING
7) Serve chilled
