Liver And Apple Rings

Ingredients
  Dessert apples 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 5 Tablespoon
  Calf liver/Lamb liver 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Peel, core, amd thinly slice the apples into ings
2. Peel onions and slice them into rings as well
3. In a large frying pan, melt butter; add onion rings and fry them till golden brown
4. Push them to a side and add the liver slices; fry for a couple of minutes on either side till firm
5. Turn the liver and onion rings out of the pan and keep warm
6. Put the apple rings in the pansnd fry till golden on each side

SERVING
7. On a warm serving dish arrange onion, apple and liver and sprnkle salt on top before serving
