This impressive minced fruit with nuts is truly delicious and brims with the goodness of a variety of fruits and nuts. Healthy and filling, this is quick and easy to make.
  Shredded nut suet 1⁄2 Pound
  Peeled cored apple 1⁄2 Pound, pound
  Lemon 1 1⁄2 , juiced (rind grated)
  Orange 1⁄4 Pound
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Soaked prunes 1⁄2 Pound
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Sultanas 1⁄4 Pound
  Dates 1⁄4 Pound
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Ounce
  Currants 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Pound
  Mixed spice 1⁄4 Ounce
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Pint

Wash and dry fruit.
Stone dates and prunes and put all fruit and the nuts through the mincer.
Blend in the spices, juice and rind, sugar and salt.
Stir very well and seal in jars.
