Combine crumbs and 2 tbsp melted butter.
Line bottom of oiled pan with 1/2 wafer crumbs.
Cream butter, add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Spread mixture over crumbs.
Fold strawberries (well drained) into whipped cream and spread over creamed butter mixture.
Top with remaining wafer crumbs.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Use a 9 x 13 pan.
