Ingredients
  Woodruff 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Super fine sugar/Sugar to taste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice wine 1125 Milliliter (3 Bottles, Mosel / Rhine)
  Champagne 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Fresh strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash woodruff and shake dry.
Place in deep bowl with sugar, brandy, and 1 bottle of the wine.
Cover bowl; let stand overnight at room temperature.
Before serving, strain mixture and pour over ice in punch bowl.
Add remaining still wine and the champagne.
Float strawberries in punch bowl, for decorative appearance.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
