Stewed Fruit

Ingredients
  Mixed dried fruit 1 Pound
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In 3-qt. casserole, mix the water, wine and fruit.
2) Soak the fruits for 30 minutes.
3) Cook covered to soften the fruit in the microwave at 7 for 15 to 18 minutes, stir only once in between.
4) Allow the casserole stand for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve on cooling.
