Fresh Fruit with Minted Yogurt
|Plain low fat yogurt||16 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Mint||2 Tablespoon, snipped|
|Plums||4 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Assorted berries||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Such As Blueberries, Raspberries, And Strawberries)|
1. In a small mixing bowl stir together the yogurt, honey, and snipped mint. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
2. To serve, in a medium bowl combine the plums and assorted berries. Divide the fruit mixture among 6 individual dessert bowls. Spoon minted yogurt on top. If desired, garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
