Vanilla Fresh Fruit Cup

Ingredients
  Unpeeled pears 1 Large, unpeeled
  Orange sections 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Seeded grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh mint leaves 4
Directions

Combine all ingredients except mint leaves.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Garnish with mint and serve as appetizer or dessert.
Makes 6 servings.
