Quick Strawberry Whip

  Milk 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 Pound
  Vanilla ice cream 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract/1 tablespoon brandy 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 5
  Whipping cream 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs), whipped
  Strawberries 3 (To Garnish)

1) Take a liquidiser, and blend together, strawberries, milk, sugar, ice cream, vanilla extract or brandy.

2) Take four tall glasses and add ice cubes to it.
3) Pour the mixture on the ice cubes.
4) Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

If you don't have a liquidiser, then you can make a puree of strawberries by forcing them through a fine seive or strainer. Then with a whisk or an egg beater, you may blend in all the other ingredients.
