Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
  Sliced fruit 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled (Apples, Pears, Peaches, Apricots, Plums Or A Combination Of These)
  Unbleached white flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular Or Quick)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place fruit in a lightly greased 9" x 9" pan.
Combine all ingredients except margarine and mix together.
Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fruit is soft and topping is browned.
Serve warm with yogurt topping.
