Peel and slice each potato lengthwise into 4 slices.
Put in shallow ovenproof serving dish.
Arrange 2 tangerine sections on each potato slice.
Cover with honey and bake in preheated moderate oven (350° F.) for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Garnish with parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
