Sticky Rice With Mango And Star Fruit
|Sticky rice||225 Gram|
|Coconut milk||420 Gram|
1)Soak the sticky rice, preferably overnight.
2)Slice star fruit and mango.
3)Strain rice throuhg a muslin cloth over the steamer and steam cook rice for 25 minutes.
4)In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, salt and sugar.
5)Add in the cooked rice and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
6)Let stand for 15 minutes after removal from heat.
7)Take a serving plate and transfer sticky rice onto it. Garnish with mango and starfruit and serve hot.
