|Canned crushed pineapple||20 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Maraschino cherries||4 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Jar)|
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||33 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
1.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
2.Filter the pineapple and keep the liquid aside.
3.Put water in the pineapple liquid so that it is 1 cup full in quantity.
4.Take a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan, grease it and put ham and garnish with raisins.
5.Top the ham and raisins with onion, green pepper and pineapple.
6.In a bowl, mix pineapple liquid with vinegar, mustard, sugar, cornstarch and salt and continue stirring till the cornstarch gets totally dissolved.
7.Transfer the mixture in a saucepan and stir on low flame till the time it gets thick.
8.Put soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix.
9.Pour the mixture over ham in baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
10.Toss on rice and serve.
