Favorite Fruit Clafouti

|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fruit liqueur/1/2 teaspoon rum extract plus 2 tablespoon orange juice||2 Tablespoon (Such As Orange Or Raspberry)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raspberries/Blueberries/sliced strawberries/both||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Teaspoon, sifted|
1. In a large bowl beat together the egg whites, whole eggs, granulated sugar, honey, liqueur or rum extract and orange juice, vanilla, and salt with a wire whisk or an electric mixer on low speed till light and frothy. Stir in the yogurt till mixture is smooth. Add flour; beat till combined and mixture is smooth.
2. Grease a 10-inch quiche dish; arrange desired berries in bottom of dish. Pour batter over fruit. Bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till center appears set when shaken. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and, if desired, garnish with additional raspberries and edible flowers.
