Easy Cranberry Mold
|Cherry gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped coarsely|
|Canned cranberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), undrained|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), undrained|
|Lemon rind||1⁄4 Tablespoon, grated|
Add gelatin to boiling water.
Add lemon juice, rind and salt.
When mixture commences to set, add cranberries, pineapple and nuts.
Pour into molds.
