Casserole Turkey With Fruit

|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned sliced peaches||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slices||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned pitted cherries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , peeled and chopped|
Sprinkle the turkey portions with the seasonings; slice the leek.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the prepared leek until it becomes transparent, then sprinkle with the flour.
Stir in 6 tablespoons of cold water and leave on a low heat.
Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole and brown the turkey portions on all sides.
Add the leek, cover and cook in a moderate oven (350° F) for 35-10 minutes.
Add the fruits and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Serve from the casserole dish, with rice.
