Casserole Turkey With Fruit

Ingredients
  Turkey parts 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Pinch
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Leek 1
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Canned sliced peaches 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned pineapple slices 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned pitted cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange 1 , peeled and chopped
Directions

Sprinkle the turkey portions with the seasonings; slice the leek.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the prepared leek until it becomes transparent, then sprinkle with the flour.
Stir in 6 tablespoons of cold water and leave on a low heat.
Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole and brown the turkey portions on all sides.
Add the leek, cover and cook in a moderate oven (350° F) for 35-10 minutes.
Add the fruits and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Serve from the casserole dish, with rice.
