Fruit On Picks
|Bananas||3 , cut into 3/4 inch slices|
|Orange juice concentrate||3 Tablespoon, undiluted|
|Toasted coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||12 Ounce, drained (2 Jars, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Dip the slices of banana in orange juice. Roll slices in coconut.
2) On 10-inch wooden skewers, place the fruits, alternating cherries, chunks of pineapple, grapes and slices of banana. Continue placing the fruits till the skewers are full.
3) Serve at room temperature.
