Fruit On Picks

Ingredients
  Bananas 3 , cut into 3/4 inch slices
  Orange juice concentrate 3 Tablespoon, undiluted
  Toasted coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 12 Ounce, drained (2 Jars, 6 Ounce Each)
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Dip the slices of banana in orange juice. Roll slices in coconut.
2) On 10-inch wooden skewers, place the fruits, alternating cherries, chunks of pineapple, grapes and slices of banana. Continue placing the fruits till the skewers are full.

SERVING
3) Serve at room temperature.
