Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
  Strawberries 16 Ounce (1 Container)
  Bittersweet chocolate 8 Ounce, chopped (Two 4 Ounce Package, Recommended: Ghirardell)
  White chocolate 8 Ounce, chopped (Two 4 Ounce Package, Recommended: Ghirardell)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Rinse and dry the strawberries and set aside. Chop up the chocolate and place in 2 separate bowls. (one for white and one for dark) Pour 1 tsp of vanilla extract in each chocolate bowl and 1 tbls of butter ONLY in the bittersweet chocolate bowl. Place over a double boiler and stir until chocolate is melted, about 10 minutes. Take the bowl off the double boiler and dip the strawberries into the chocolate. Decorate and Enjoy!
